Production Supervisor

Position OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing team, ensuring products are assembled, packaged, and shipped safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's commitment to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences while embodying the company's culture.Responsibilities:Supervise the daily activities of the Manufacturing team to ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.Plan, prioritize, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and business priorities.Ensure manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and procedures remain accurate and up to date.Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, throughput, and cost effectiveness.Assist in developing departmental KPIs and regularly report operational performance.Work closely with Operations teams to ensure production aligns with incoming orders and customer commitments.Collaborate with Engineering on product changes, manufacturing improvements, testing procedures, and new product introductions.Support hiring, interviewing, and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with Human Resources.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.3–5 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, inventory, and quality processes.Experience with production planning, inventory control, and KPI reporting.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or manufacturing systems.NetSuite experience preferred.
