Production Supervisor

Coordinate safe and efficient production operations according to the production planLiaise with the Production Planning Department to stay on top of progress, and to deploy and coordinate production work at the relevant stagesLiaise with the Quality Management Department to ensure production meets quality standardsMonitor and record daily production data and informationReport and analyze production metrics and efficiencyMonitor the use of raw materials, scrap, and semi-finished products, as well as the working procedures of production teams2. Manage equipment, machinery, tools/instruments, semi-finished products, and raw materials at the production workshopControl the operating conditions of machinery and equipmentCoordinate with the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Department to schedule machinery and equipment maintenance3. Manage and develop production capacityResearch and propose continuous improvement plans for production capacity and efficiencyIdentify disadvantages or waste in the current production process (people, process, machinery, hazards, etc.) to improve production efficiency4. Develop the production operations teamTrain and coach the production operations team (in coordination with the HR Department)Manage targets and evaluate the development of production staff5. Other dutiesProcedures related to Occupational Safety, 5S, etc.Procedures related to Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) at the factoryTasks related to the ERP systemOther tasks assigned by the direct managerQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in production management/supervising workers at plastic packaging manufacturing plants: printing of flexible packaging/composite packaging (Flexible Packaging)Logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsHonest, transparent, with a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to lead a team, and to train and develop staffGood planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
