Production Supervisor

QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent experience2+ years supervising a team in production/manufacturing (aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, or similar industry)5+ years of warehouse/production experience in a related industryStrong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry/regulatory standardsProven experience leading and managing a teamProficient in MS Office and general office equipmentPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Lean ManufacturingAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related fieldBilingual in English and VietnameseResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and support the production team to hit daily output and quality goalsBuild and maintain production schedules; prepare weekly reports and track performance metrics with the Operations SupervisorEnsure production processes are followed correctly; identify and implement improvementsReview quality/inspection documents and partner with Engineering to resolve issuesSolve daily production issues independently, escalating major problems as neededPerform and train others on key production tasks, especially those tied to major customer requirementsCreate training materials and lead cross-training to build team flexibilityHelp develop work instructions and support planning for business growthConduct performance reviews and support team members' professional development
