Production Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and manage daily production activities to meet production schedules, quality and safety targets.Assign tasks to production shifts and ensure effective manpower allocation.Monitor production progress and adjust plans when necessary.Supervise production lines and ensure employees follow production procedures and work instructions.Develop, update and improve SOPs / Work Instructions (WI) and quality inspection procedures.Monitor product quality, identify defects, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.Manage production manpower, working hours and shift arrangements.Coordinate the installation and operation of production machinery and equipment.Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluation of production employees.Set and monitor production KPIs and drive team performance improvement.RequirementCollege degree or above, preferably in Engineering / Technical fields.At least 2 years of experience in a similar Production Supervisor / Production leadership role in a manufacturing company.Experience managing a large production team (100+ employees).Strong leadership and team management skills.Good English communication skills.Experience in writing and implementing SOPs / WIs.Hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and performance management.Able to work under pressure, proactive and responsible.Good computer skills.
