Job Title: Production SupervisorLocation: Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania (Onsite)Duration: FulltimeInterview Process: VirtualIndustry: Aerospace / Aviation / DefenseJob Category: Manufacturing – ProductionJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for Production Supervisors in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems for the commercial construction industry.WORK SCHEDULE:This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle. This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery. Additionally, for weeks worked over 40 hours you are paid overtime.Working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours.Rotation Week 12 on: Monday and Tuesday3 off: Wednesday – Friday2 on: Saturday and SundayRotation Week 22 off: Monday and Tuesday3 on: Wednesday – Friday2 off: Saturday and SundayQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, industrial, farming or military environmentPreferred - associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Preferred - Supervisor experience in a unionized environment.
