Production Supervisor

Roles & responsibilities 1. Production Supervisor Role Summary: To oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of dryer, shredder, conveyor systems, thermal fluid heating system, and board cutting lines.
• Generating required daily reports as advised by the Manager.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, flow rates, material throughput).
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure proper operation of hot & cold thermal fluid systems to avoid overheating or inefficiencies.
• Oversee safe material handling.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
• Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and shift performance reports.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
