Job Title: Production Support Specialist - Team Lead/ Assistant Manager/ManagerLocation: PuneCandidate Specification& Job ResponsibilitiesCandidate should have 5+ years of experience in: Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering, Evidence Lifecycle ManagementExperience as Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering.Strong experience in Electronic Trading / Markets Technology Support, Payments / transaction processing platformsProven experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in fast-paced environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.Support the production operation of digital asset platforms, including wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction processing systems.Ensure high availability and reliability of systems supporting digital asset lifecycle management and transaction flows.Provide L2/L3 support for incident, problem, and change management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.Monitor system healthSupport and monitor digital asset platforms, blockchain nodes, wallet infrastructure, and transaction systems;drive automation, observability, resilience, and platform stability in a mission-critical environment.Technical SkillsExperience with one or more: Java, Python, Go, or similarExperience working in Linux environmentsFamiliarity with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShiftExperience with databases (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis)Strong experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) Nice to Have (Not Required)Exposure to blockchain / digital assets / crypto platformsUnderstanding of: Distributed systems and consensus models; Public/private key cryptography; Blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum)Experience running or interacting with blockchain nodes or RPC endpointsCandidate should be flexible working in any shifts, including night shifts.
