Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the operational team, ensuring that performance targets and quality standards are consistently met.Performance Management: Conduct member performance appraisals, handle hiring and training processes, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.Lead the team in investigations, troubleshooting and problem solving of incidents and abnormal observationsManage manpower administration, workflow scheduling and communicationLead in effective shift briefings and ensure key management objectives are communicated in a timely mannerCross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other teamRequirement:Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent3-5 years of relevant terminal operations experience in similar industryAt least 3 years’ experience as a Team CoordinatorWealth of hands-on knowledge of terminal operations and in depth site-specific knowledgeInterested applicants can reach us at pheeraphat.jirotmontree@linksinternational.com
