Production Team Members

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Team Members to support daily operations in a fast-paced food production environment. The role involves food preparation, assembly, packaging, and maintaining high standards of quality, sanitation, and food safety.Key Responsibilities Assemble, portion, weigh, and package food products according to specifications. Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production. Pack, seal, label, and organize finished products. Check product quality, quantities, labels, and packaging for accuracy. Replenish ingredients and packaging materials during production. Move carts, racks, bins, and other production materials safely. Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation. Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, allergen, and sanitation procedures. Meet daily production and quality targets. Assist in different production areas as required. Perform other production duties assigned by the supervisor.Requirements Previous food production, manufacturing, packaging, or general labour experience preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and temperature-controlled environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and food safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Must follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
