Production, Wholesale & Brand Operations Coordinator

ChristianZen is looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.We are seeking someone who can support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our brand, working closely with our team, production partners, suppliers and international wholesale clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduction & Supplier Coordination* Coordinate and follow up on production timelines, orders and deliveries.* Communicate with local and international suppliers and manufacturers.* Monitor production progress, deadlines and quality requirements.* Assist with fabric, material and sample coordination.* Maintain organized production records and follow up on pending tasks.Wholesale & Order Management* Process and manage wholesale orders from international retailers.* Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices and related documentation.* Coordinate order fulfillment, packing and shipments.* Communicate with wholesale clients regarding orders, delivery timelines and updates.* Maintain accurate order records and track outstanding deliveries.Brand & Daily Operations* Support the daily operations of ChristianZen Couture.* Assist with inventory management and stock organization.* Coordinate tasks and deadlines across different departments and external partners.* Support preparations for international trade shows and seasonal collections.* Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication between all parties.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.* A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.* Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.* Confidence working with Excel, email and digital tools.* Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage priorities.* Previous experience in production coordination, wholesale, operations or a related field is highly valued.* Experience with Shopify or inventory management systems is a plus.* An interest in the fashion and apparel industry.WHAT WE OFFER* A full-time, on-site position.* The opportunity to join an established Greek brand with an international presence.* Hands-on involvement in production, wholesale and brand operations.* A dynamic, creative and collaborative working environment.* Opportunities to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities.HOW TO APPLYIf you are organized, motivated and excited to become part of our team, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV to christianzencouture@gmail.com
