Products and Solutions Senior Specialist

ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of digital products to ensure efficient and effective performance.Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and operations teams to align product objectives, priorities, and timelines.Maintain and update product documentation, including product features, roadmaps, KPIs, and user requirements.Monitor product performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Analyze user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product-related decision-making.Ensure digital products comply with applicable digital policies, security requirements, and quality standards.Apply digital maturity models and track and report on product progress and maturity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent majors.6 to 8 years of Product Management/Development experience or related.Advanced knowledge of Product Management.Should have strong interpersonal, presentation, and research techniques.Work Conditions:Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh.
