WE ARE HIRING — PROFESSIONAL CAKE ARTIST / CAKE DECORATORMama Bakes | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaMama Bakes is growing, and we’re looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Cake Artist / Cake Decorator to join our team in Riyadh.If you have a passion for creating beautiful cakes and can turn customer references into clean, precise, professional-quality designs, we’d love to hear from you.THE ROLEPosition: Professional Cake Artist / Cake DecoratorEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Arrangement: In PersonWHAT YOU’LL DOCreate and decorate custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, celebrations, and special events.Work confidently with buttercream, fondant, piping, sugar craft, royal icing, edible decorations, and 3D sculpting.Recreate customer reference designs accurately while maintaining high-quality finishing.Prepare cake layers, fillings, frostings, and other components when required.Assemble and structure tiered and 3D cakes safely and professionally.Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, portioning, and finishing.Manage multiple custom orders while meeting production deadlines.Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.Work closely with the kitchen team and contribute ideas for new and seasonal designs.Keep up with modern cake decorating trends and techniques.REQUIREMENTSValid Saudi Iqama / Residency — MandatoryCurrently based in RiyadhPrevious professional experience in cake decorating, pastry, baking, or a related field.Strong practical cake decorating skills.Portfolio of previous cake work — MandatoryStrong experience with buttercream and fondant.Experience with piping, sugar craft, sculpting, tiered cakes, or detailed fondant work is highly preferred.Excellent attention to detail and a strong artistic eye.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Reliable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn.Able to work independently and as part of a team.All nationalities are welcome to apply.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary based on experience and skill level.Performance-based growth opportunities.Professional and supportive working environment.Training and development opportunities.Opportunity to grow with a developing bakery brand.Employee benefits and allowances as per company policy.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should send the following to [h.khan@digicam.tech]1.
