PROFESSIONAL DRIVER

Role Overview We are hiring professional drivers for a luxury transportation operation in Dubai. The role requires reliable attendance, professional passenger service, safe vehicle operation, strong compliance with company procedures, and consistent focus on monthly performance and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities·       Accept and complete assigned bookings professionally and remain available during assigned working hours.·       Report to work punctually, follow the operational schedule, and support effective fleet utilization and revenue performance.·       Deliver courteous, respectful passenger service and handle customer concerns professionally.·       Comply with company policies, dispatch instructions, UAE traffic laws, and safety regulations.·       Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition and care for company assets.·       Report accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues immediately.·       Maintain confidentiality, required uniform, and a professional appearance at all times.Performance & CompensationBasic salary: AED 1,750 per month, with progressive commission and charging subsidy linked to monthly net revenue performance. Monthly Net Revenue BNote: Commission is calculated on monthly net revenue. Salary and commission follow the company payroll schedule.Company Support·       Regular vehicle maintenance and annual tyre replacement allowance (maximum one complete set of four tyres per year).·       Vehicle registration renewal and vehicle insurance.·       Single-person visa sponsorship and RTA Card.Fleet administration and operational management
