Professional Medical Representative

Claus Marsh LTD, a UK pharmaceutical company, is growing its UAE team for BlumActive, a probiotic brand listed in leading pharmacy chains and clinics across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. We are looking for a Medical Representative to take over a defined territory: New Dubai (Motor City, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road, Nad Al Hamar) and Sharjah.What you will do – Visit doctors in polyclinics and hospitals — GPs, gynecologists, pediatricians, gastroenterologists — and build a base of prescribers for BlumActive – Visit pharmacies in your territory: product on shelf, pharmacist recommendation, stands, orders through the chain – Work from a fixed base of about 150 contacts on a two-week cycle, recorded in CRM after every visit – Report weekly; results are measured by pharmacy sell-out in your territoryWhat we are looking for – 2+ years as a medical representative in the UAE, with your own working relationships with doctors in Dubai polyclinic chains – Experience with OTC, nutrition or probiotic products is an advantage – UAE driving licence and own car – Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Tagalog is a plus – Discipline with CRM and planning; you like the field, not the officeWhat we offer – Fixed salary plus a monthly bonus linked to sales in your territory – Employment visa, phone and fuel allowance – Start: October 2026 – A small team where your results are visible to the owner directlyTo apply, send your CV and a short note on which clinics and doctors you currently work with to hr@clausmarsh.com.
