The work is broad and includes:
- Professional indemnity / professional liability
- Property damage and liability claims
- Insurance coverage advice and disputes
- Management liability / D&O
- Cyber and data risks
- Complex disputes ranging through to multi-million-pound mattersClients and claims span construction professionals, specialist contractors, accountants, technology professionals, care practitioners and not-for-profit organisations. Senior Associate Professional R…We're particularly interested in lawyers with experience of professional indemnity or property damage liability claims from a defendant perspective, ideally alongside insurance coverage experience.
