Fluency in business-level English and Arabic is preferred.About this positionSuccess in this role requires strong technical expertise, blended with strong analytic and interpersonal skills to provide pre-sales support, product delivery, configuration, implementation and post-implementation support of business critical software data quality, AML / risk and compliance solutions and services to clients in Dubai and other areas of the Middle East. You may be required to travel and support clients locally and in other parts of the world as needed. Prior software implementation experience are desired and a willingness to travel 10-50% within and outside the UAE.Location & Work Environment: remote/hybrid openings are available in Dubai, UAEWhat you will be doing:Our Professional Services / Technical Consultants are multi-faceted individuals who have strong technical expertise and understanding of data, databases.You will be highly analytic, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a proven collaborator who works easily across other departments and geographies. Each day brings opportunities as you:Execute all facets of the software and services delivery life cycle from pre-sales support through product configuration, testing, training, integration, and implementationCollaborate with sales, account management and other internal teams to understand prospective and existing client needsAssist with development of product justifications such as use case projects and proof of concepts (POCs)Consult with clients; analyze and develop understanding of their data and product / customization needsImplement Innovative’s technology in various environments; on-site, remotely (SaaS) or hybridUtilize software application programming and tools to integrate Innovative’s solutions within client’s resident systems and processesConfigure and when needed, customize Innovative’s software to align the with client needsProvide consulting and client training, on-site or remotelyUse batch processes to integrate Innovative’s products into client processesPerform testing to ensure product implementation meets or exceeds performance and quality standardsProvide client support until post-implementation hand-off to Innovative’s support (Customer Success) teamWhat skills and experience do I need?3 - 5+ years of experience performing technical implementations and integrationsUndergraduate or higher level degree in computer or software engineering, computer or information science, mathematics or related degree or experienceExperience with C, Java, .Net, or other related languagesDatabase expertise, particularly in creating SQL queriesHighly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow-throughAbility to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical conceptsAbility to understand, articulate, and define solutions that meet the client’s needsStrong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven effective team player / collaboratorNative-level Arabic and English language skills (spoken and written)Ability to obtain and maintain proper travel documents including visasAbility and willingness to travel as required domestic and international.It’s a plus if you have:Prior client-facing technical consultancy experience with software data management, data quality, master data management, and / or risk / compliance solutionsKnowledge or experience in the risk / compliance domain, Anti Money Laundering regulations, solutions or softwarePrior experience in banking or financial servicesExperience with SWIFT, SEPA and UK payment schemesACAMS certificationAdditional language skillsAbout us:Innovative Systems is one of the world’s most trusted providers of best-of-breed data quality and compliance solutions.
