The successful candidate will drive academic excellence, mentor faculty and scholars, and provide strategic leadership to advance legal education and research at the university. Key Qualifications & EligibilityEducational Pedigree: Ph.D. in Law from a premier institution (e.g., NLUs, top central/state universities, or equivalent reputed global institutions). Experience: A mandatory minimum of 10 to 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching, research, or professional experience in a recognized university or research environment. Research Credentials: Outstanding research track record with a strong portfolio of publications in SCOPUS / UGC-CARE indexed journals. Proven experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars and managing funded research projects is highly desirable. Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality lectures across undergraduate (LL.B / B.A. LL.B), postgraduate (LL.M), and doctoral programs. Lead curriculum design, integrating modern legal frameworks, interdisciplinary studies, and practical skills. Drive impactful legal research, secure external research grants, and mentor doctoral research scholars. Foster institutional growth through industry-academia partnerships, moot courts, conferences, and academic administration.
