Prospective applicants can learn more about the college through its official website and dedicated academic contact channels.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty role based in Kunnamkulam, with openings at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in CSE, AI & DS, and Cyber Security. The selected candidate will design and deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, prepare lesson plans, conduct lectures, tutorials, and labs, and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. Daily responsibilities include guiding students in academic and professional development, supervising projects and research activities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the relevant discipline. The role also involves contributing to curriculum enhancement, participating in departmental and institutional committees, engaging in research and publications, and collaborating with peers and industry partners to strengthen the academic ecosystem.Qualifications Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, and Cyber Security.Ability to design and deliver clear, structured course content, including lectures, labs, and assessments aligned with current academic and industry standards.Proven skills in student mentoring, academic advising, and project supervision, with a commitment to inclusive and supportive learning environments.Experience or interest in research, publishing in reputed journals/conferences, and participating in funded projects or academic collaborations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use modern educational technologies and learning management systems effectively.Relevant academic qualifications, typically a Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech) or Ph.D. in CSE, AI & DS, Cyber Security, or a closely related field, as per regulatory and accreditation requirements.Prior teaching experience at the university or college level is highly desirable; industry experience in related domains is an added advantage.Demonstrated professional ethics, teamwork, and readiness to contribute to institutional activities, outreach, and continuous improvement initiatives.
