The role involves delivering high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate learners, including lectures, bedside teaching, skills training, and assessments. The faculty member will provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care, supervise clinical teams, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered practice in Medicine and Anaesthesia. Responsibilities include guiding research projects, publishing scholarly work, mentoring junior faculty and residents, and participating in curriculum development and academic administration. The role also requires active participation in institutional committees, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education activities.Qualifications Advanced clinical expertise in Medicine and Anaesthesia, with recognized postgraduate qualifications as per regulatory and institutional norms.Strong foundation in Medical Education, with demonstrated ability in Teaching and curriculum delivery for undergraduate and postgraduate learners.Proven experience in Inpatient Care and supervision of clinical services, with a commitment to safe, ethical, and evidence-based practice.Active engagement in Research, including project design, data analysis, publication, and guidance of student and resident research work.Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior colleagues and foster an inclusive academic environment.Familiarity with current national and international guidelines, accreditation standards, and competency-based medical education.Prior experience as Associate Professor / Professor in a recognized medical institution is highly desirable, along with a record of academic contributions and professional development.
