The environment supports research, project-based learning, and engagement with industry and community stakeholders.Role Description The Professor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Visakhapatnam. The Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, develop syllabi and teaching materials, and facilitate lectures, seminars, and labs aligned with institutional standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners, supervising projects and dissertations, assessing performance through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback. The Professor will also engage in academic research, publish scholarly work, contribute to curriculum development, participate in committees, and collaborate with colleagues on institutional initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include outreach activities, academic advising, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in management, or a related discipline.Candidates should possess skills in curriculum development, course planning, and instructional design for higher education.Candidates should possess skills in teaching, learner engagement, classroom management, and use of educational technologies.Candidates should possess skills in academic research, scholarly writing, and publication in reputable journals or conferences.Candidates should possess skills in assessment design, grading, feedback, and academic mentoring or advising.Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferred; a master’s degree with significant academic or industry experience may be considered.Prior experience in teaching at the university level or significant professional experience in the relevant domain is highly beneficial.Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
