Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and academically strong Assistant Professor – Business Analytics to join our faculty team in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Business Analytics and be passionate about teaching, mentoring students, academic research, and industry-oriented learning.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Business Analytics and related subjects.Develop and update course content, lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and teaching materials.Teach subjects related to Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, and related areas.Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, internships, and industry-oriented assignments.Use real-world business cases and analytical tools to provide practical learning experiences.Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.Participate in research activities, publications, conferences, seminars, and workshops.Contribute to curriculum development and other departmental academic activities.Support student mentoring, career development, and placement-related initiatives.Collaborate with faculty members and industry professionals for academic and experiential learning initiatives.Educational QualificationsCandidates should have one of the following qualifications:BCA + MCA, preferably with specialization/experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related areas.B.Tech + M.Tech, preferably in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related areas.MBA in Business Analytics from a recognized institution/university.Preferred SkillsStrong knowledge of Business Analytics and Data Analytics concepts.Good communication and classroom management skills.Ability to teach using practical examples, case studies, and projects.Knowledge of analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, or similar tools will be an advantage.Strong academic, research, and presentation skills.Ability to mentor and engage undergraduate and postgraduate students.ExperienceFreshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may be considered.Candidates with teaching, research, academic, or industry experience in Business Analytics will be preferred.Candidate ProfilePassionate about teaching and developing students.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, disciplined, and committed to academic excellence.Willingness to contribute to research, institutional activities, and student development.Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.Job LocationDehradun, UttarakhandHow to ApplyInterested candidates may share their updated CV/resume along with details of their qualifications, experience, and expected joining date.Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
