Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, facilitating interactive activities, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support skill improvement. The role also involves developing and refining curriculum content, aligning teaching materials with industry needs, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance academic outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karur, requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in departmental and institutional initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with demonstrated ability to manage classrooms and support diverse learners.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans and assessment methods aligned with placement-focused outcomes.Candidates should possess knowledge of English Literature and Literature, with the ability to connect literary concepts to practical language use.Candidates should possess a solid academic foundation in English, preferably with a master’s or doctoral degree in English, English Literature, or a closely related field.Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong mentoring abilities and a student-centric approach.Candidates should possess familiarity with modern pedagogical methods and basic digital tools for teaching; prior experience in placement training or skill development is an advantage.
