Job descriptionCareer College of Nursing invites applications from qualified and committed candidates for the position of Professor (Nursing) in the following specialty:Mental Health Nursing (MHN)Key Responsibilities:Deliver theory lectures, practical demonstrations, and clinical teaching as per INC.Prepare and implement detailed lesson plans, teaching schedules, and academic calendarsSupervise and guide students during clinical postings, ward duties, and case presentationsConduct internal assessments, practical exams, viva, and evaluationsMaintain academic records, attendance, logbooks, and student performance reportsMentor students for academic improvement, discipline, and professional developmentParticipate in curriculum development, academic meetings, workshops, and training programsAssist in research activities, seminars, conferences, and publicationsSupport admission counseling, student orientation, and institutional promotional activities when requiredEnsure compliance with INC norms, clinical protocols, and college policiesContribute to quality assurance, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiativesEligibility Criteria:M.Sc.
