Learn more about McClintock University here: https://mcclintockuniversity.com/Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Lilongwe, is for Professor, Senior Lecturer, and Lecturer positions within the Faculty of Commerce and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Faculty members will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, develop syllabi and teaching materials, and conduct lectures, seminars, and tutorials aligned with MU’s mission and academic standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising student projects and research, providing academic advising and mentoring, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves engaging in scholarly research, contributing to curriculum development and program review, participating in departmental and university committees, and supporting community engagement initiatives.
