improve course content, curricula, learning materials, assessments, and academic programs.• Supervise undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD students and provide academic guidance throughout their studies.• Lead and conduct high-quality research aligned with institutional priorities and international academic standards.• Publish research findings in reputable international journals, conferences, books, and other scholarly platforms.• Develop research programs, research clusters, laboratories, centers, or specialized academic initiatives.• Pursue competitive research grants and establish collaborations with government, industry, international universities, and research institutions.• Build and lead multidisciplinary research teams and mentor early-career academics and researchers.• Develop strategic academic and research partnerships locally and internationally.• Contribute to curriculum innovation, interdisciplinary programs, and new academic offerings.• Integrate emerging technologies, industry developments, and current research into teaching and learning.• Participate actively in academic committees, faculty governance, quality assurance, and institutional planning.• Provide academic leadership in areas such as program development, research strategy, accreditation, and faculty development.• Mentor lecturers, researchers, and junior academic staff in teaching, research, publication, and professional development.• Support the development of postgraduate programs, professional programs, executive education, and specialized academic initiatives.• Represent the university at academic conferences, seminars, professional associations, industry forums, and international events.• Develop relationships with external stakeholders to strengthen knowledge transfer, conduct.• Support the university’s strategic objectives and contribute to long-term institutional growth.✅ Requirements• A PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification from a recognized university in the relevant academic discipline.• Significant academic experience with a strong record of teaching, research, supervision, and academic leadership.• An established record of high-quality research publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and academic outlets.• Strong research profile with evidence of research impact, citations, grants, patents, books, or other recognized scholarly contributions.• Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding from national or international funding bodies.• Proven experience supervising postgraduate research students, particularly Master’s and PhD candidates.• Strong teaching record with demonstrated commitment to student learning, academic excellence, and curriculum development.• Experience developing academic programs, courses, curricula, or interdisciplinary initiatives is an advantage.• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain international academic, research, and industry collaborations.• Strong academic leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.• Ability to lead multidisciplinary research teams and collaborate across academic disciplines.• Strong understanding of research methodologies, academic governance, quality assurance, and research ethics.• Evidence of professional recognition, academic awards, editorial responsibilities, keynote presentations, or
