Location: On-SiteThis position is located in Arlington, VA.Salary: A salary range of $63,750 - $82,450 is available for this position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and draft regional execution-to-plan reports for MILCON, UMMC, and Demo design awards and budget milestones specific to MCIWEST, MCIEAST, MCIPAC, and MCINCRCoordinate with planners across all four regions to extract financial MILCON, UMMC, and Demo project data, ensuring regional milestones align with enterprise level investment strategies.Provide specialized engineering analysis for sustainment, restoration, and modernization portfolios.Provide data extraction, financial analysis, and automated reporting support for budget formulation and program execution tracking to support strategic investment decisions and long-term capital improvement planningAnalyze data from financial systems to draft programmatic materials, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers, budget exhibits, and compliance documentation.Draft comprehensive cost models, lifecycle cost estimates, and technical risk assessments to facilitate the early integration of capability infrastructure requirements into long-term enterprise capital planning.Security Clearance:US Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of SecretEducation and Experience:Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Science/Analytics or another related field4 - 10 years of experience as Program Analyst or related rolePreferred Additional Experience/Skills:Master Planning and Installation DevelopmentFacilities Long-Range Planning and Programs (MILCON, UMC)Budget Planning and ExecutionRestoration and Modernization (RM) ProgramsUSMC Infrastructure Reset and Demolition ProgramNational Environment Policy Act (NEPA)Facility Support Requirements (FSR), Base Facility Requirements (BFR), Facilities Planning Documents (FPD), DD1393Federal Government Contracting processGood organization skills to balance and prioritize workAnalytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAnglicotech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to supporting and retaining a diverse and talented workforce.
