Program Associate

Bolt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to challenge and transform the state of entrepreneurship in the MENA region. The Program Associate will play a key role in raising awareness about Bolt’s mission and offerings. As the backbone of a program, they will support its smooth execution and ensure a positive experience for startups: wearing many hats, from logistics and communication to data management and relationship building.About Bolt:Bolt is a Dubai-based consultancy with a program design focus. To learn more, visit our website.Key Responsibilities● Assist program managers with developing and implementing program plans. This may involve creating presentations, program content planning and design.● Handle administrative tasks and support in logistics associated with our programs● Support in planning and contributing to keeping the organization of all tasks in order● Conduct research and data analysis to inform program decisions.● Support program outreach and communication efforts. This could involve outreach, creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, or coordinating events.● Track program progress and measure effectiveness. This may involve collecting and analyzing data, and generating reports.● Liaise with stakeholders and partners to build relationships and assess needs.● Prepare reports, presentations, and other program-related documents.● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to the program area.Who You AreYou know how to be a great team player and you enjoy being in a flexible and dynamic environment.
