A Program Counsellor is the human bridge in that journey: the person who speaks with someone who's shown interest, understands where they actually are in their life and what's holding them back, and helps them see clearly whether this program is the right next step for them — and if so, guides them to commit. This is a conversation-first, relationship-first role. A strong, structured sense of how to guide someone from interest to decision matters more than any specific industry background.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonally own a pipeline of prospective participants from first conversation through to enrollment, staying accountable for outcomes at every stage.Have genuine, structured conversations that understand a person's situation, motivations, and hesitations before recommending anything.Address doubts and concerns (cost, timing, family buy-in, uncertainty) honestly and with patience, helping people make a decision they feel good about, not one they're pushed intoMaintain complete, accurate records of every conversation and interaction in the CRM your own visibility into your pipeline depends on thisConsistently guide your pipeline toward monthly enrollment targets as an individual contributorWork closely with the wider counselling and marketing team, sharing insight on what's actually resonating (or not) with the people you're speaking toProgressively take on deeper, higher-value conversations as you build a track record of trust and resultsWhat We're Looking For3–4 years of experience in a role centered on guiding people to a decision — counselling, admissions, advisory, or a consultative client-facing roleA genuine, structured approach to conversations — real listening and understanding, not a fixed pitchComfortable with a full journey involving multiple touchpoints (call, WhatsApp, video) over time, not a single interactionGood spoken English and HindiConsistent, disciplined record-keeping habitsNice to have, not required: prior experience guiding people toward higher-value program upgrades or premium offeringsAvailable for the full 6-day, 9:30–6:30 WFO scheduleCompensation Structure Fixed base + performance-linked incentive, tied to individual enrollment outcomes.
