About - The YP Foundation:The YP Foundation (TYPF) is a youth-run and youth-led organization that enables young people to create programmes and influence policies in the areas of gender, sexuality, health, education, the arts and governance. The organization promotes, protects and advances young people’s human rights by increasing their access to information and services, building feminist leadership, and strengthening youth-led initiatives and movements. Founded in 2002, The YP Foundation has since worked directly with 8,500 young people to set up multiple projects in India, reaching out to 750,000 children, adolescents and young people between 9-35 years of age. During this time period, the organization has developed expertise in 6 areas i.e. AYSRHR (Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights), Life Skills, Masculinities, Gender Based violence and Feminist Leadership. Over the years, The YP Foundation has expanded horizons in reimagining social structures, dismantling normative beliefs and challenging stereotypical behaviors. The YP Foundation strives to deeply and consistently invest in developing young people’s feminist leadership, amplify their voice and agency to challenge the status quo, and create platforms for them to represent themselves so that they will directly influence policy making.About- Strategic Partnerships and Network Advancement (SPAN)Key Responsibilities:Programme Implementation:● Support the planning and implementation of programme activities to achieve targets and outcomes within defined timelines, in coordination with partners, donors, and internal team members● Track programme budgets and expenditures, ensuring effective utilization of allocated funds● Support end-to-end financial documentation, reporting, and closures in line with organisational systems● Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes through data collection, trackers, and progress summaries● Draft and compile due diligence documents, periodic programme updates, and reports.● Develop programme-related resources, learning materials, and reports as part of ongoing activities● Escalate concerns, feedback, or issues through appropriate internal channels, ensuring proper documentation as per protocol● Participate in programme meetings, planning discussions, and internal reviews, contributing inputs and documentation support● Support onboarding and coordination of consultants, fellows, or short-term team members where required● Support implementation and adherence to organisational systems related to programme delivery and reportingResource Mobilisation and Fundraising● Support the development of proposals, pitches, and identification of relevant partnership opportunities● Assist programmatic growth by supporting resource mobilisation efforts, including background research, documentation, and coordination● Build and maintain relationships with individuals, experts, organisations, networks, and grassroots groups through active outreach, communication, and follow-ups● Coordinate with the communications team to document and share programme activities, learnings, and impact in line with TYPF's communication strategyAlliance Engagement and Networking● Support representation efforts at external platforms including dialogues, collaborative initiatives, training, and policy engagement processes.● Assist with preparations for external engagements including briefs and presentations.● Oversee coordination and logistics with regional partners, participants, young people, and organisations for TYPF’s AFTER alliance development and expansion● Build and sustain relationships to strengthen long-term engagement and community-building with TYPF stakeholders.● Support outreach initiatives to keep Alliance members connected, informed, and involved in relevant programme activities and opportunities.● Document network engagement efforts, partnerships, and learnings for internal and external use● Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and learning-oriented environment within the alumni network and broader teamEligibility Criteria● Master's degree in Women's/Gender Studies, Development Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in programme coordination, partnerships, outreach, or community engagement (freshers with strong internship/volunteer experience may also be considered)● Prior experience in budget tracking, financial documentation, or expense management is an advantage● Experience in relationship-building, networking, or stakeholder engagement in a professional or academic setting● Willingness to travel and attend external events, meetings, and forums as neededSkills & AttributesCore Skills:● Strong programme management skills Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities across multiple activities and stakeholders● Strong research, documentation, and report-writing skills● Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, Canva, with comfort in handling financial trackers and spreadsheetsNetworking & Outreach:● Extroverted, confident, and personable — comfortable initiating conversations and building new relationships● Strong networking skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including experts, partners, and alumni● Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally at external platforms● Genuine interest in relationship management and community-building, particularly alumni engagementInterpersonal & Collaborative Skills:● Team player who works well with peers, consultants, and cross-functional teams● Strong follow-up skills to ensure partnerships and collaborations are nurtured consistently● Ability to handle sensitive community feedback or concerns with maturity and discretionPersonal Attributes:● Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership● Highly organized with keen attention to detail, especially for
