About PulpPulp is building a career discovery and self-discovery program for school students — helping young people understand themselves better, explore the world of careers, and build the skills, curiosity and confidence they need for what comes next.As we move from an exciting pilot towards reaching thousands of students, we’re looking for someone who can help turn a strong idea into an exceptional program that works in real classrooms. The RoleWe’re looking for a Program Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day evolution and delivery of Pulp. This isn’t a conventional coordination role. You’ll work at the intersection of curriculum, teachers, students, schools and the Pulp team — ensuring that what we design actually works when it reaches a classroom. You’ll question things, test them, improve them and help us build the systems required to take Pulp to scale. What You’ll DoProgram & CurriculumEvaluate and strengthen Pulp’s curriculum across Grades 7–12. Observe what works, what doesn’t and why, and continuously improve the program with the team.Classroom TestingTake ideas into real classrooms. Facilitate sessions, observe students and teachers, gather feedback and turn those learnings into improvements.Teacher TrainingTrain and support teachers and facilitators delivering Pulp, helping them understand both what to deliver and why it matters.School DeliveryCoordinate with partner schools to ensure sessions, materials, teachers and students are ready — and that the Pulp experience remains consistent.Build SystemsHelp create facilitator guides, training processes, feedback loops, evaluation frameworks and other systems that allow Pulp to scale without losing quality.Represent PulpWork with school leaders, teachers, parents and other stakeholders and confidently represent Pulp’s philosophy and approach.Who We’re Looking ForYou could be a great fit if you:Have 2–5 years of experience in education, curriculum development, school programs or learning.Have worked directly with students and/or teachers, ideally across Grades 7–12.Understand that great curriculum is built through testing, observation and iteration — not just writing. Are equally comfortable facilitating a classroom and participating in a strategy discussion. Are highly organised and can manage multiple moving pieces.Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with teachers and school leaders.Enjoy working in an early-stage environment where things evolve quickly.Want genuine ownership rather than a narrowly defined job.Experience in career education, experiential learning, curriculum development, design thinking, counselling or future-skills programs is a plus. Why Pulp? We’re still a small team, which means you’ll work closely with the founders, curriculum, creative and technology teams. You won’t simply inherit an existing system. You’ll help build it. We want Pulp to be rigorous without becoming bureaucratic, ambitious without losing the human side of education, and most importantly — something students genuinely look forward to.Pulp — Think. Feel. Be.
