Program Coordinator for the Agsama Kape Project in the Philippines

Socodevi is hiring a Program Coordinator for the Agsama Kape Project in the Philippines. Based in Baguio City, the Program Coordinator will provide strong operational leadership in the implementation and management of Agsama Kape. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate project activities, guide the project team, work closely with local partners and stakeholders, and help ensure the achievement of the project’s development outcomes. This is a key leadership position requiring strong management capabilities and a sound understanding of the project’s integrated approach, including nature-based coffee farming solutions, organizational development, gender equality and inclusion, environmental sustainability, capacity building, stakeholder coordination, agricultural value-chain development, and cooperative development. We are looking for a results-oriented and collaborative leader with relevant experience in:•       Program and project leadership and management•       Rural, agricultural, forestry, or environmental development•       Agricultural value-chain development and structuring•       Cooperatives and cooperative enterprise•       Coordination with government, private-sector, community, and development partners•       Team leadership, capacity building, and organizational development Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage complex and interconnected project components, provide clear direction to a multidisciplinary team, build strong partnerships, and translate project strategies into concrete and measurable results. Strong knowledge of the Philippine rural development context, particularly in the Cordillera Administrative Region and Nueva Vizcaya, is highly relevant.
