Program Coordinator (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Join us to make an impact on many lives, organizations, and Southeast Asia!Please note: This role requires full-time onsite work at our office at Gaysorn Tower.The role is focused on program delivery and execution and is not a consulting role.Role & Responsibilities:Work with the Program Manager to plan and deliver innovation-driven programs (e.g. workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and more).Help design, organize, and monitor multiple projects running under the same program.Coordinate across teams and partners to ensure smooth program execution.Provide hands-on support to the program team and other internal stakeholders.Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and activities across all program phases.Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in project coordination or account management. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome too!Familiarity with project and program management tools, techniques, and best practices is a BIG plus!A big-picture thinker who also knows how to keep track of the details.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people from different teams and backgrounds.A multitasker who’s solution-oriented and not afraid to get creative when solving problems.Bonus: A passion for innovation, business, or creative problem-solving!
