Program Director Languages: French and English fluentLocation: LuxembourgResponsibilitiesLead Core Banking transformation and migration projects from planning to go-live and stabilization.Manage regulatory reporting system replacement and integration with existing banking applications.Oversee data migration, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and testingactivities.Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring business continuity and minimizing operational disruption.Establish program governance, risk management, milestones, budgets, and reporting.Coordinate internal teams, external partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.Drive change management, business readiness, training, and post-go-live support.Ensure alignment between business, technology, data, and regulatory requirements.ProfileProven experience in Core Banking transformation, system migration, or financial services programs.Strong expertise in data migration, reconciliation, testing, and regulatory reporting.Excellent program/project management and governance skills.Strong stakeholder and team leadership experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.Good understanding of banking systems, legacy and modern architectures.Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Ability to lead effectively in high-pressure and complex transformation environments.Interested in this opportunity?
