Southeastern College fosters a supportive community that encourages professional growth and continuous learning for both learners and team members.Role Description The Program Director is a full-time, on-site role based at the Boynton Beach, FL campus, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of an academic program. Daily responsibilities include supervising faculty, coordinating class schedules, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring curriculum quality and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. The Program Director supports student success through advising, resolving academic concerns, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. The role collaborates with campus leadership on enrollment initiatives, retention strategies, and continuous improvement, while maintaining accurate documentation and reports. This position also involves participation in meetings, professional development, and representing the program within the college and the local community.Qualifications Ability to provide effective academic leadership, including program planning, faculty guidance, and curriculum oversight.Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate schedules, track outcomes, and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with faculty, staff, and learners in a diverse community.Experience in higher education or career-focused training environments, with knowledge of accreditation and compliance standards.Demonstrated commitment to learner success, inclusive practices, and continuous improvement in teaching and program design.Proficiency with basic office software and learning management systems, and comfort working with data and reports.Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred; bachelor’s degree and significant related experience considered.Availability to work on-site at the Boynton Beach, FL campus and to engage in occasional events or meetings outside standard hours.
