Program Director

Role Description The Program Director at Volta Prime Academy will oversee the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of academic and co-curricular programs. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include designing program frameworks, setting learning objectives, and ensuring alignment with the academy’s educational philosophy and quality standards. The Program Director will manage program schedules, coordinate faculty and instructors, monitor student progress and feedback, and implement data-informed enhancements. Additional responsibilities include overseeing accreditation and compliance requirements, managing budgets for programs, fostering partnerships with external stakeholders, and collaborating with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.Qualifications Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate educational or training programs, including curriculum development and learning outcome assessment.Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding faculty or instructors and working cross-functionally.Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and handling multiple programs or initiatives at once.Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to learners, staff, and external partners.Proficiency with digital tools used for learning management, virtual collaboration, and program reporting; comfort working in a hybrid, technology-enabled environment.Experience in education, training, or academy/center management is strongly preferred; familiarity with the Dubai or broader UAE education landscape is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and continuous improvement, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
