You will work closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day tasks, timelines, and logistics, so that every program runs smoothly and delivers a strong experience for participants and partners.PROGRAM EXECUTIVEHCM, VietnamFull-timeKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & OperationsSupport the planning and delivery of flagship programs, including startup challenges, accelerators, corporate innovation programs, and training initiatives.Manage day-to-day program tasks: timelines, checklists, run-sheets, participant lists, and logistics for venues, materials, and vendors.Coordinate with marketing, content, design, and logistics teams to make sure deliverables are ready on time and meet quality standards.Be on-site during events and program sessions to handle operations, troubleshoot issues, and support speakers, partners, and participants.Partner & Participant CoordinationAct as a day-to-day point of contact for participants, speakers, mentors, and partner representatives, under the Program Manager’s guidance.Prepare and send program communications, including invitations, briefing documents, reminders, and follow-ups.Help track partnership deliverables (branding, visibility, and reporting) to ensure commitments to sponsors and partners are met.Reporting & Program ImprovementCollect KPI data, participant feedback, and program documentation (photos, attendance, outcomes).Draft post-program reports and recaps for internal review and partner reporting.Research market and industry trends, benchmark similar programs, and contribute ideas to improve program formats.About YouBachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in event, program, or project coordination. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or extracurricular experience are welcome to apply.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle several tasks at once.Good communication skills and a proactive, service-minded attitude toward partners and participants.Able to stay calm and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working on-site and sometimes outside regular hours during events.Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office.
