Role Description This part-time Program Manager role at جمعية السياسات التنظيمية Regulatory Policy Association is a hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory policy programs, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. Day-to-day tasks include developing program plans, monitoring progress, preparing reports for stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams, partners, and external organizations. The role also involves managing project risks and issues, supporting the design of policy-related initiatives and events, and contributing to continuous improvement of program processes and documentation. The Program Manager will regularly communicate program status, gather feedback, and help align activities with the association’s strategic goals.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess program performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and present program updates.Candidates should possess sound Budgeting skills to manage program finances, track expenditures, and support resource allocation.Relevant experience in policy, regulatory affairs, or non-profit program delivery is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in public policy, business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) is an asset.
