Lead enterprise portfolio and program managementEstablish PMO governance, processes, and reportingOversee complex cross-functional and ERP initiativesPartner closely with executive leaders and key stakeholdersCoach and mentor Project ManagersDrive risk management, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement Requirements:5+ years of project/program management experienceEnterprise-scale, cross-functional program leadership experienceERP or large-scale enterprise program experienceStrong portfolio management and executive communication skillsPMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 strongly preferred
