The environment is designed to prepare individuals for modern workforce demands in the financial services sector.Role Description The Program Management Trainee for Branch Jakarta will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of branch programs and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in project scheduling, tracking progress, preparing reports, and helping manage program documentation and budgeting activities. The trainee will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer relations teams to ensure programs are aligned with branch goals and client needs. This position also involves analyzing program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to presentations or internal communications. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Sudirman area branch in Jakarta, Indonesia.QualificationsCandidates should possess program management and project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring branch initiatives.Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and basic budgeting abilities to evaluate program performance and support financial planning.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.Candidates should ideally have knowledge or interest in financial markets, futures trading, or related business development and customer relations activities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn internal systems and tools.
