Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end management of complex technological projects in large organizations (financial/banking sector experience preferred)Strong business and tech orientation, with experience leading AI- and automation-driven transformationExperience managing and motivating cross-disciplinary teams and interfaces, including leadership without direct authorityExperience leading complex business and technological transformationsAssertive with strong influence, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to work with executive management, business partners, and diverse stakeholdersExperience establishing work governance, goals, KPIs, budgets, controls, and risk managementAbility to lead process improvements, identify bottlenecks, and break down complex problemsAbility to create integrative connections across different teams and units within the organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for driving impact and leading organizational changeFast learner, self-motivated, highly organized, and independent
