Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per yearJob description:Program Manager/BCBAAbout the RoleOC Bridges is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team in a unique, non-traditional BCBA role that blends clinical expertise, program leadership, and meaningful collaboration without the burnout of billable hours, evening sessions, or weekend work.This position is ideal for a BCBA who loves big-picture impact, enjoys supporting and mentoring staff, and wants to apply behavior analytic principles in a dynamic day program setting and not just through direct therapy.As a Program Manager (BCBA), you will oversee daily program operations while working closely with the Program Director and Clinical Manager to provide clinical input on FBAs, Behavior Support Plans, and individualized service planning.
