We operate at the intersection of demand, supply, and operational excellence, enabling seamless last-mile execution.About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Program Manager to drive strategic programs and operational initiatives at Snabbit. The role will involve working cross-functionally, solving complex business problems, and building scalable processes that improve business and operational performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end execution of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.Partner with Operations, Product, Tech, Finance, and Business teams to drive key projects.Analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.Build dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics.Define KPIs, monitor program performance, and drive continuous improvements.Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.Automate reports and streamline processes to improve efficiency.Develop SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks.Drive project planning, stakeholder communication, governance, and execution timelines.Present data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership.Qualifications3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Operations Excellence.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL is mandatory, with hands-on experience working with large datasets.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup or technology-led environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently with a strong ownership and bias-for-action mindset.Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-growth environments and driving initiatives from 0→1 and 1→N.
