Drive performance.About the RoleRockED's Program Management team owns every Network Partner relationship after the deal is signed. As the team grows to support a larger partner book, we're adding a Program Manager to own the day-to-day success of a portfolio of partner programs — with the opportunity to support Tier 1 (OEM-scale) initiatives alongside our Directors and Senior PMs.This is a foundational role on the team: you'll own real partner relationships and outcomes from day one. You should be comfortable being equally at home in a spreadsheet, a partner stakeholder meeting, or a status update to internal leadership.What You'll DoOwn and manage day-to-day partner relationships for a portfolio of programs — from kickoff through launch and ongoing post-launch engagementBuild and execute partner program strategy: project plans, meeting agendas, performance reporting, and consistent, clear partner communicationMaintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs, keeping internal and external teams aligned and on trackCollaborate cross-functionally with Content, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner Experience to coordinate next steps and support partner deliverablesRun regular partner check-ins, QBRs, and reporting cycles — capturing notes, follow-ups, success metrics, and expansion opportunitiesMonitor program performance and dealer engagement metrics, tracking milestones and flagging risks to senior team members earlyContribute to documentation and process improvements that make the team more efficient and strengthen the partner experienceSupport Tier 1 (OEM-scale) programs alongside senior team members as bandwidth and development allowWhat We're Looking For4–6 years of experience in a client-facing role–program management, account management, or customer successStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partnersOrganized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with performance data and translating it into a clear update for partners and internal stakeholdersA collaborative, client-first mindset and genuine interest in growing within a program management career pathAutomotive, dealer-industry, learning technology, or workforce development experience preferredBachelor's degree requiredAble to travel occasionally (roughly 1-3 times per quarter) for partner meetings or company eventsNice to HaveExperience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)Experience with OEM, franchise, or dealer-network go-to-market modelsBackground in L&D, corporate training, or the broader EdTech/LMS spaceExperience with mobile-first consumer or enterprise productsWho You'll Work WithYou'll report to the Senior Director of Program Management and join a 7-person team responsible for every Network Partner relationship post-sale. You'll work daily alongside Content, and regularly with Enterprise Sales, Partner Experience, Product, and Marketing.
