Program Manager

Program Manager (Data Management)As a supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Program Manager for a 12-month contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities

As Program Manager Data Management, you know the secrets of connecting people, programs, and priorities. You lead the execution of the data management roadmap within the COO domain. In this role, you coordinate initiatives related to ESG, AI-ready data, and operational efficiency. You create alignment across domains, provide transparency on risks and dependencies, and help stakeholders translate strategy into measurable outcomes.Experience:

• A completed Master's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior program manager or roadmap manager at executive level.
• At least 10 years of experience in data management within the financial services industry.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments using program management tooling and reporting software.
• Strong consultancy, communication, and storytelling skills.
