DXC Technology | United Arab Emirates | On-siteDXC Technology is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the successful delivery of a large-scale, complex technology transformation program in the UAE.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple interconnected projects and workstreams, ensuring effective governance, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing resources and vendors, and driving delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.This role requires a highly experienced technology program professional who can combine hands-on delivery management with strong stakeholder engagement, governance, commercial awareness, and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery & ExecutionManage the end-to-end execution of a complex technology transformation program.Translate program objectives and strategy into detailed delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and measurable outcomes.Coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, project managers, technical teams, vendors, and delivery partners.Ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments.Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical paths, and resource requirements.Identify delivery challenges early and drive corrective and recovery actions where required.Maintain strong execution discipline across all program workstreams.Program Governance & ReportingImplement and maintain effective program governance, controls, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.Track program performance against KPIs, milestones, financial targets, risks, and dependencies.Maintain accurate program plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and governance documentation.Prepare regular program status reports and executive-level presentations.Support Steering Committee and senior leadership meetings with clear reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.Ensure appropriate escalation of critical issues and dependencies.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, internal teams, partners, and vendors.Act as a key point of coordination between business, technology, delivery, and management teams.Facilitate program meetings, workshops, governance forums, and delivery reviews.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication.Drive alignment and timely decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.Financial & Resource ManagementManage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance.Monitor actual spend against approved budgets and forecasts.Support effective resource allocation and utilization across projects and workstreams.Identify potential financial risks and opportunities for cost optimization.Work closely with commercial, finance, delivery, and leadership teams to maintain financial control.Risk, Issues & DependenciesProactively identify, assess, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.Manage dependencies across projects, workstreams, vendors, and technology teams.Establish clear ownership and resolution plans for critical risks and issues.Escalate significant delivery concerns in a timely manner.Drive corrective actions and recovery plans when delivery deviates from agreed targets.Vendor & Partner ManagementCoordinate delivery across multiple vendors, technology partners, and internal teams.Monitor vendor performance against agreed deliverables, milestones, and service commitments.Facilitate resolution of cross-vendor dependencies and delivery issues.Ensure effective collaboration across the broader program ecosystem.Quality & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to established program management methodologies, governance standards, security requirements, and quality controls.Monitor delivery quality and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.Identify opportunities to improve program processes, reporting, governance, and delivery effectiveness.Support operational readiness, transition, and handover into BAU operations.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.10+ years of project/program management experience, including significant experience managing complex technology programs.Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programs involving multiple projects and workstreams.Strong experience coordinating project managers, technical teams, vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.Proven experience managing program schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.Strong understanding of program governance, PMO frameworks, RAID management, change control, and executive reporting.Experience working within complex multi-vendor and systems integration environments.Demonstrated experience engaging with senior management and executive stakeholders.Strong financial and commercial awareness.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience delivering major technology programs in the UAE or wider GCC region.Experience across systems integration, infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or IT modernization programs.Experience working within large-scale, complex, highly governed enterprise environments.Experience managing programs requiring a high level of governance, security, confidentiality, and delivery control.Recognized program/project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile.Postgraduate qualification
