Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: ContractWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Cloud Assessment to lead cloud assessment and transformation programs across AWS and Azure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end cloud assessment and transformation programs.Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.Coordinate teams across Cloud Architecture, Security, Operations, and Governance.Manage customer and senior stakeholder communications.Drive governance meetings, reporting, and executive updates.Manage vendor/partner coordination and commercial governance.Required SkillsStrong Program/Portfolio Management experience.Experience in Cloud Assessment, Cloud Transformation, Migration, or Modernization.Good understanding of AWS/Azure, Cloud Governance, Security, and Operating Models.Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience.
