This role will work closely with customers, including participating in customer visits with the Business Development Manager to understand their latest business needs, project plans, and future direction, and work with North American and Asia-based manufacturing teams, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal functions to ensure projects and production remain on track and are delivered on time.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesCoordinate and track all current and upcoming projects for assigned key accounts, ensuring clear visibility of project status, milestones, and deliverables.Work closely with North American and Asia-based factories to understand and monitor production schedules, capacity, and progress.Coordinate cross-functional teams to address project, production, quality, and delivery issues and drive timely resolution.Serve as a central communication point between customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure information and priorities are clearly communicated.Work closely with the Business Development Manager to visit key customers, understand their current priorities, future plans, and upcoming project needs, and communicate relevant insights to internal teams.Proactively identify potential project, production, quality, and delivery risks, and coordinate with relevant teams to develop solutions and prevent delays.Provide ongoing program support and follow-up to ensure projects and production are completed and delivered to the customer on time.Track open issues and follow up with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project schedules and customer commitments.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with manufacturing teams and cross-functional organizations.Experience working with U.S. and Asia-based teams or factories is strongly preferred.
