We are seeking two experienced professionals to join a high-impact portfolio delivery organization. The first role serves as the financial backbone for a multi-year portfolio of Transformational Programs, establishing robust financial governance, consolidating budgets and forecasts, and delivering actionable insights to guide funding, baseline, and change control decisions. The second role leads a portfolio of capital technology projects supporting Operational business units including Distribution, Transmission, Gas, Energy Supply, Nuclear, and Commercial Operations, driving on-scope, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enforce internal controls and financial governance frameworks across all program workstreamsBuild and maintain the integrated portfolio budget and rolling forecast, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesSet and manage the financial baseline; oversee funding decisions and change requests to ensure alignment with program objectivesLead month-end financial close activities and maintain an audit-ready documentation trailProduce portfolio reporting for leadership forums, including budget vs. actuals, run-rate, contingency, and benefits progressPerform scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform scope, timing, and sourcing trade-offsOversee vendor and contract financials in partnership with Procurement, ensuring alignment with commercial termsAlign with Corporate Finance and Controllership on accounting treatment, capitalization, and reporting standardsGuide and coach a team of analysts, setting and upholding quality standardsOversee multiple delivery project teams, supporting on-schedule and on-budget delivery to approved scopeDefine controls to effectively manage program activities and delivery expectationsContribute to portfolio budget performance against the approved capital planPlan and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are being met across the full project lifecycleManage resources, risks, and issues across projects, taking appropriate mitigation measuresCoordinate project interdependencies and align deliverables across workstreams and programsManage stakeholders involved across projects and the broader programSkillsExpertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and change control for large transformation programsProven ability to establish finance governance and internal controls across multiple workstreamsFamiliarity with ERP-led transformations and multi-vendor portfolio environmentsStrong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholdersDemonstrated people leadership including coaching analysts and maintaining quality oversightMinimum 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects up to $10M or greaterProven experience leading large-scale software implementations across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilizationProven vendor management experience including RFP processes, SOW creation, financial control, and driving vendors to meet commitmentsExperience managing change management efforts for programs with 200 or more impacted usersStrong knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and accrual-based accountingExperience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesUtility industry experience preferredExperience5–7+ years of finance experience with specific expertise in program financial management for large transformation initiativesExperience with month-end close processes and maintaining audit-ready documentationExperience with benefits tracking and value realization in a program contextExperience in regulated or asset-intensive environments preferred10+ years of project and program management experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-workstream technology programsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field requiredAdvanced degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA preferredProject management certification (PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred
