Program Manager (Digital Twin)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Twin Program Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives across Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Operations, and Maintenance (O&M) environments within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline8–12 years of relevant professional experience in digitalization, Digital Twin, autonomous operations, industrial digital transformation, or related areas.Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or industrial sectors.Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation or industrial digitalization programs.Strong understanding of engineering workflows, industrial assets, EPC processes, and Operations & Maintenance environments.Good understanding of Industrial Data, OT/IT integration, asset information, and digital technologies.Demonstrated experience managing project/program scope, schedule, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and actionable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute Digital Twin roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital solutions, from concept and design through implementation and deployment.Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution development and delivery.Manage project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Facilitate design workshops, requirements gathering, and solution alignment sessions with key stakeholders.Drive the successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
