📍 Location: Remote in Spain🕐 Employment type: Full-time💬Languages: English and German About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.In this role, you will act as a key link between strategic objectives and execution, collaborating with different teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility, and successful delivery.We are looking for someone with strong program management and stakeholder management skills, who is comfortable working in complex environments and capable of bringing structure, clarity, and focus to multiple initiatives running simultaneously.What you'll doLead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs.Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program and business objectives.Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and delivery plans.Collaborate closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution.Track program performance, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and timelines.Identify potential blockers and proactively drive mitigation and resolution plans.Establish effective governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and communication channels.Provide regular program updates and executive-level reporting to key stakeholders.Facilitate decision-making across different teams and organizational levels.Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, methodologies, and ways of working.Ensure initiatives meet agreed quality, scope, timeline, and business expectations.What we're looking for5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles.Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs.Experience coordinating multiple projects, teams, and workstreams simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar.Experience managing program-level risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery plans.Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in international and distributed environments.Professional proficiency in English and GERMAN.Nice to havePrevious experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or managing complex technology-related programs.Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar.PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or other relevant certifications.Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, or external partners.Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, program metrics, and executive reporting.What we offerOpportunity to work on challenging, high-impact programs.International and collaborative working environment.Exposure to complex initiatives and senior stakeholders.Professional growth and career development opportunities.Flexible working environment.Competitive compensation package.If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, aligning teams and stakeholders around common goals, and driving programs from strategy to successful execution, we'd love to hear from you..El empleado respetará las políticas de seguridad de la información:- Tendrá acceso a información confidencial relativa a Capitole y al proyecto en el que trabaje.- Tendrá que cumplir las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas de la empresa y del cliente.- Tendrá que firmar un acuerdo de confidencialidad.
